    due diligences of the JV companies
    • Advised and acted as Lender’s Legal Counsel for Vandana Vidhyut Power Project at ChattisgarhPhase II and III of III Phases-500mw power project aggregating to loans of Rs. 1000 cr.
    • Advised Reliance for the Navi Mumbai SEZ Project towards drafting and finalizing Power Supply,
    Power Offtake, Power Purchase, Power Distribution, Water Supply Agreement, Right of Way, Wheeling
    Agreement etc.
    • Advised and acted on behalf of various states Maritime Boards and assisted in drafting,
    negotiating, reviewing finalizing Concessions Agreements, RFPs, RFQs, Jetty License Agreements,
    assisting and advising in concluding the bidding process for PPP port projects etc.
    • Advised Anthea Aromatics Pvt Ltd with respect to a Joint Venture between Anthea Aromatics Pvt.
    Ltd an Indian Company with a French company namely, Les Derives Resiniques Et Terepeniques. Drafted
    Joint Venture agreement for DRT- Anthea Aromatics Pvt Ltd (the JV Company), Share Subscription and
    shareholders Agreement etc.
    • Advised and acted as Lender’s Legal Counsel for Highway Project at Orissa for financing debt
    aggregating to 60 Crores and conducted limited due diligence of the project for the rendering opinion
    to the lenders
