Bharati is a Partner in the Firm’s Real Estate practice. She has been practising for the last decade and specialises in real estate and property law, as well as areas of general corporate law, primarily focusing on title diligence, title acquisitions, private equity transactions, and debt transactions.

  • Advised Pernod Ricard India Private Limited (“PRI”) in the acquisition of land measuring 88.5 acres or thereabouts at Butibori MIDC, Nagpur, which land has been acquired by PRI from the Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation to establish a Malt Spirit Distillery at Nagpur
  • Represented Abhishek Lodha group in the acquisition of rights to develop (i) 20 acre land parcel situated at Baner, Pune; (ii) 100 acre of land at Alibaug, (iii) 11 acre of land at Hinjewadi, Pune, (iv) 15 acre land parcel at Kharadi, Pune, etc
  • Advised in the sale of Khubchandani Hospital in Mumbai’s Andheri along with the land underneath to Bengaluru-based healthcare provider Manipal Hospitals (backed by Singapore’s Tamesek Holdings) by playing a part in conducting this title diligence exercise
  • Advised Abhishek Lodha group, in the acquisition transaction of a prime land parcel spread over 1.10 acre in Pune’s Bund Garden locality from Poonawalla Constructions LLP (Serum Group)
  • Advised the Managing Director of one of India’s leading banks on the purchase of a land parcel in Alibaug along with a luxurious villa situated within the Avas Wellness Living Project
  • Advised Morgan Stanley on acquisition of 130 acres of land near Bhiwandi
  • Advised Mahindra Lifespace Developers in the acquisition of 3.2 acres of land in Pimpri, Pune
